Pet Policy:
Pets Allowed Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
$200 pet deposit per pet.
$250 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
$15 pet rent per pet.
Two pets allowed per apartment.
Must provide most updated vaccine record, photo, as well as list of breed.
Nonacceptable canine breeds are: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Chows, and Bull Mastiffs.
